When it is time for a break from the ordinary

To reserve multiple services, we will need a credit card number.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment time if you need to fill out paperwork. Please be aware that if you are late, the full fee will be charged, with an adjustment on allotted service time.
All service times are approximate.
We understand that cancellations sometimes cannot be avoided. However, please follow our cancellation policy to avoid being charged for services.
- For any appointment not cancelled 4 hours in advance, will result in half of the fee being charged.
- For multiple appointments or packages not cancelled 12 hours in advance, will result in half of the fee being charged.
- Any “no show” for a scheduled appointment will result in the full fee being charged.
- This cancellation policy allows us time to inform our stand-by clients of any availability, as well as keeping our technician’s schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. Thank you for understanding and being considerate of your fellow client, and our staff
